1、有意向与凯时达合作开展国际快件业务的速递公司，应首先联络凯时达市场销售部，提供工商营业执照副本等经营资料和准确的相关信息，凯时达根据所收集到的资料和信息结合该公司的业务量情况给予相应的快件报价，报价被确认后，该公司还应提供公司地址、电话、传真、电子信箱及查询业务联络人姓名等详细资料，由凯时达市场销售部为其编制电脑代号，开通互联网查询密码，印制快件合作协议（范本），交速递公司签署。速递公司签署合作协议后即成为凯时达的正式快件代理，但需预缴运费到凯时达指定账户后，才能开始使用均凯时达网络。

2、快件代理在市场上销售快件服务时，应以其自己公司的名义销售凯时达的服务。快件代理是凯时达（国际）速递有限公司的合法签约代理，而非凯时达所使用的其它速递公司的代理。

3、所有与凯时达签约的快件代理，都将要求预付快件运费，凯时达的电脑系统会每日计算快件运费，在快件代理预交运费只能支付一周左右预计业务量的情况下，凯时达财务部会及时提醒代理补足。一旦实际发生运费金额超过预交运费金额，凯时达将暂停服务或改以现金预付结算方式。在服务暂停期间，快件代理在凯时达互联网查询主页上的密码也将同时暂停使用（该操作由电脑系统控制）。
